Payment Methods

Cash is accepted following face-to-face coaching along with cheque payments. A receipt will be given on request.

The full training course fee for open courses must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the start of the course. Be Heard will refuse admission to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid in full before the course commences.

Cancellation Rights

No refunds can be made for any coaching services booked, unless at least 24 hours notice is given by telephone.

No refunds can be made for any missed coaching appointment unless cancelled with 24 hours notice via telephone.

Late Payment

Be Heard reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding payments for services at 2% per calendar month from the date that payment was due until the complete fee is made.

The prices quoted by Be Heard are set for 30 days. Be Heard reserves the right to adjust these prices after that period.

Changing a training date

If a delegate wishes to transfer a booking to a later date, Be Heard may make an administrative charge of £25.

Cancellation or failure to attend by delegate

All cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled within 1 week of the date of the course delivery date, or if the delegate does not attend, Be Heard reserves the right to charge or withhold 50% of the course fee as applicable.

Changing delegate details

There will be no charge if an alternative person wishes to substitute the original delegate, but please tell us of any changes to the original booking.

Cancellation of courses by Be Heard and updates to course content

Be Heard's courses are constantly being improved and we may alter course content if we feel it's beneficial to delegates. Be Heard reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and in these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or their money back.

Course notes and training

The notes and training for Be Heard courses should not be taken as a legal interpretation andBe Heard and its associate consultants do not accept responsibility for:

  • delegates' actions, or those of other people reading the notes, or interpreting the training in litigation
  • any loss or incident incurred as a result of using the training or the course material.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The copyright of any training material supplied by Be Heard along with a workshop or coaching will remain the property of Be Heard and/or its associates. Any material is not to be reproduced or distributed without the written permission of Be Heard.

Discounts and special offers

The discounts and special offers quoted by Be Heard are correct on the day they are quoted and for 30 days after. Be Heard reserves the right to update these special offers after 30 days. Discounts and special offers must be requested at time of booking to ensure they are secured.
